How does it work?
Through a blend of mindfulness, intuition and deep questioning, Our mind hikes programme will take your mind on a hike of new discovery. Working together, we create a map that provides a step by step journey to reach the summits of your personal pursuit, the achievement of your goals and realising your dreams.
You receive support every step of the way and independent accountability to make this happen.
