This free introductory session gives us the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and identify how I can help you, setting the compass for your hike of discovery.

MIND HIKES

How does it work?

Through a blend of mindfulness, intuition and deep questioning, Our mind hikes programme will take your mind on a hike of new discovery. Working together, we create a map that provides a step by step journey to reach the summits of your personal pursuit, the achievement of your goals and realising your dreams.

 

You receive support every step of the way and independent accountability to make this happen.

Programme breakdown:

  • ​60 minute consultation session (optional half day deep dive session)

  • 60 to 90 minute 121 coaching sessions delivered face to face or online via zoom

  • Weekly support via WhatsApp or Telegram

Investment: £POA

  • This programme is delivered over 3,6 or 12 months

  • with a minimum of 1 session required each month.

MINDFUL RETREATS

Our Mindful Hikes day retreat provides you with the opportunity to escape into the great outdoors, away from the day to day.

 

A unique experience of hiking and mindfulness drawing on the benefits of nature, connecting with like minded people, this will provide the perfect environment to create clarity and insight.
