A Little About Me

I’ve walked this journey myself. After two decades in a corporate career, I felt called to make a change. I realised that real fulfilment comes from connection—to yourself, to others, and to the natural world.


Now, as a certified coach and hill & moorland leader, I’m here to guide others along their own paths of self-discovery and growth. Whether it’s through coaching, mindful hikes, or spiritual mentoring, my aim is to help you find clarity and create a life that feels authentic and aligned.


Why Nature?

Nature holds a mirror to our souls, showing us what we need to see. It reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of what no longer serves us. Every step we take outdoors can be a step toward clarity, peace, and inspiration.
